Established fundraising organization is looking for recruitment coordinators for location in Cranberry, PA.

As a recruitment coordinator, your duties will include recruiting key business and community leaders to participate and spend 1 hour in "Lock Up." These participants attempt to raise bail/money between their recruitment and the day of the "Lock Up" event. The recruitment coordinators' only duties are to recruit participants.

Successful candidates will posses the following qualifications: be articulate and experienced conversing with business executives; goal-oriented, enthusiastic, and focused; strong oral communication skills; be interested in outbound phone sales; be comfortable with goals and quotas. Sales or recruiting experience is preferred. Candidates with only telemarketing experience need not apply unless you have sales experience.

Company will provide leads, scripts, and training.
