Systems Engineer Sr - Automated Market Making

Up to $300K

Must have deep understanding of Equities and Options Exchange systems.

Build and maintain an Automated Market Making Options system.  The ideal candidate will have significant experience working closely with trade staff and quant staff in identifying opportunity, designing new functionality and implementing solutions.  As a senior member of the development team, you will also help steer software design and project direction.

Responsibilities:

-Be responsible for developing an automated market making options trading system.

-Be responsible for developing requirements, proposing solutions and delivering software into production environment in a timely and robust manner.

-Develop creative solutions to pressing business needs.

-Solve all problems that come your way.

Qualifications:

-Expert experience developing C++, Linux.

-Expert experience with automated market making options systems development.

-Expert experience building high performance, low latency, multi-threaded distributed real-time systems.

-OS optimization and multi-threaded C++ program performance tuning.

-Strong analytical skills.

-Deep understanding of U.S. Equity and Option Exchange systems including order handling.

-Options analytics.

-At least 5+ years in algorithm trading or market making.

-Exceptional communication skills.

-A strong sense of ownership and a sense to succeed.
