Senior Construction Superintendent is in charge of all on-site construction activities on a daily basis. Ensure construction compliance with all design specifications.

Senior Construction Superintendent provides overall on-site management and technical direction on large project. Senior Construction Superintendent is expected to contribute to the development of construction plans. Manage subcontractor activities and enforce company policies; supervise and coordinate field engineering and construction activities.

Senior Construction Superintendent ensures project is constructed in accordance with design/schedule Senior Construction Superintendent ensures compliance with project construction budgets and take responsibility for commissioning of project systems. Ensure project materials and all workmanship meets with required standards. Advise senior management of potential problems of all/any type. Oversee Safety Program and take responsibility for safety and record keeping requirements

Qualifications: Bachelor Degree, Engineering or Construction 14+ years construction experience with a focus on commercial/retail/hospitality development required.
Advanced knowledge of various construction disciplines and safety regulations.
