Operations Analyst
Contract-to-Hire
We are seeking a strong individual contributor for a contract-to-hire Operations Analyst position on the team. The technical support engineer is the primary support representative for the our client’s product lines and services.
The Operations Analyst will:
· Coordinate warehouse and distribution activities to ensure accurate order fulfillment, logistics and inventory tracking
· Be responsible for evaluating and improving the method of how the warehouse partner delivers services to us – including SOP’s, automation tools, etc.
· Provide sales interface for order status, customer-specific hardware fulfillment requests
· Track warehouse/distribution performance metrics
· Provide Operations support to sales for new distribution partners– orders, customer-specific processes and support.
· Coordinate orders with Chinese ODMs
· Collaborate on process development, implementation and documentation
· Support Operations team with other work as needed
Requirements:
· Minimum 2 years’ project management and/or supply chain experience
· Strong writing, organization and communication skills
· Proficient with Microsoft Project Manager and Visio applications.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office applications-Excel, Word & PowerPoint
· Bachelor’s Degree
