Summary

To manage account profitability by estimating, job planning, production,

customer service, and billing; to guarantee customer satisfaction; to

enhance company's competitive market position by exceeding all reasonable

customer expectations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

To estimate jobs accurately, employing the best job planning and production

methods.

To plan jobs efficiency, maximizing profit potential while minimizing costs

for the customer.

To examine all incoming jobs, identifying changes in specifications; to

re-plan those jobs prior to arrival at company and to provide revised

estimates to customer as necessary.

To document differences between actual and estimated job specifications

ensuring a smooth workflow while capturing and billing job variances and

author's alterations.

To anticipate and avert production irregularities and troubleshoot and solve

discrepancies when they occur.

To provide a seamless communications link between the customer, customer

service rep and production personnel maximizing customer confidence and

minimizing conflicts through positive solutions-oriented dialogue.

Manage and communicate print production schedules and print specifications.

Qualifications

Estimating, production planning and customer service experience.

Excellent communication skills including writing.

College education

Substantial appropriate related work experience

Broad based knowledge of the printing industry as well as familiarity with a

variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.

MUST HAVE !!!!

1. Bachelor's degree.

2. 3 + years experience in customer service or sales role in the printing

industry including estimating and production planning.

3. Broad based knowledge of the printing industry and it's concepts,

practices, and procedures.
