Description
We are looking for an either a full or part-time clerical/administrative assistant/office assistance. This is a true support role, supporting not only the president and vice-presidents but each one of its employees. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Responding to requests for information in a timely and professional manner
* Maintenance of general work area and filing system
* Photocopy, scan, fax or mail documents
* Recording and posting of documents to intranet
* Data entry and tracking of internal spreadsheets and databases
* Office supplies management
* Executive support in making travel arrangements, managing calendars, preparing and packaging correspondence
* Support of accounting and human resources processes such as preparing expense reports, accounts payable, billing, coordinating employee set up for new hires
* Coordination of company meetings logistics
* Answer multi-line telephone system and direct incoming calls
COMPENSATION......$450 WEEKLY
