Large provider of contract rehabilitative therapy in facilities across the

country. They provide rehab care and services to patients in skilled

nursing facilities, assisted living residences, outpatient centers, home

health agencies and other health care settings across the nation.

Performs evaluations, develops and implements effective patient treatment

plans to restore, compensate or adapt for loss of patient function, by

planning and administering medically prescribed therapy treatments in

accordance with federal, state and professional standards governing the

facility and their discipline. Must be a graduate from an accredited

program for Occupational Therapy and must possess and maintain a current

license in the state of practice as required.

MUST HAVE!!!!

1. Graduate from an accredited program for Occupational Therapy.

2. Licensed OT.
