Inside Sales Representative
Must be able to work at all locations: Moon, Millvale, South Hills
Pay $35,000 - $40,000 pending experience
Flexible with 7:30a - 4:30p or 8a - 5p schedule
Required to work 1 Saturday a month from 8a - 12p
They do offer FULL benefits after probationary period. They have Blue Cross Blue Shield (Anthem)
Criminal Check, Credit Check, Personality Check, Drug Test, and Physicals will be required before the person starts.
Will consider someone from college that knows the industry.
Will be pulling orders, taking calls (customer service), solving customer questions/issues, upselling. Will be also making follow up calls. Will not be soliciting
The counties they service are Beaver, Butler, Allegheny, Washington, and West Moreland
They will certify the person on forklift and will train them as well.
Looking for someone that is industrial with a sales personality (energy). Must be approachable and have patience. Can be a painter or someone from the auto industry, etc
Must be comfortable using a computer---entering in information
Must be able to operate a cash register, email
currently they hand write invoices but they will be getting a new system in the next few months.

INSIDE SALES
Primary Accountabilities include:
BACKGROUND DESIRED:
High School Diploma or GED required
- 2 years in Automotive Refinish Welding / Industrial Gas Sales or related product and/or sales experience
- Intermediate level of experience with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Must have ability to multi task
- Must present a professional appearance and presence/demeanor that is appropriate for customer interaction
- Requires accurate typing and keyboarding ability
- Excellent Communication skills
- Excellent Organizational and time management skills
- Displays merchandise, suggests selections that meet the customer's needs, and emphasizes selling points of articles such as quality and reliability
- Answers customer questions concerning prices and uses of merchandise
- Communicates with supervisor and outside sales reps on customer orders, requirements, problems or concerns and changes
- Initiates product transfers to other branches or direct to the customers
- Operates cash register. Enters sales data into the computer and researches information for customers using the computer system.
- Accurately completes all required paperwork (coding, costing, pricing, daily cash summary, bank deposits) on a timely basis
- Documents sales, quotes, or other information. Receives payment for merchandise or services sold and enters sales into the computer. Responsible for payments received and adhering to all admin and accounting related procedures. Wraps and bags purchases and helps customers load merchandise into their vehicles, if appropriate.
- Restocks store merchandise as needed. Arranges stock on shelves or racks in sales area and keeps merchandise in order. Marks or tickets merchandise.
- Maintains current price documentation and product literature as it becomes available
- Keeps product knowledge current
- Works in accordance with all polices and procedures as prescribed by State and Federal regulations as well as Company Policy
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
