Data Entry/Customer Service Consultant (DEAPRNY)

Rate :- $10/Hr On W2
Note :- Telecom Industry Experience is a plus
Job Description :-
Research billing issues, review invoices and acct inventory on behalf of agent.
Review, analyze and extrapolate data from billing and order tracking systems, strong excel skills required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong telephone skills required.
Background in telecommunications is preferred.
Works with agents to initiate move, add, change and disconnect requests.
The candidate should have a great deal of attention to detail, accuracy, effective follow up, and have the ability to investigate and identify root cause and resolution.
Data entry skills 40 WPM - 98% accuracy
Customer service skills :-
Speak with the Customer, Customer care and Sales on a daily basis to resolve issues.
Create and utilize excel spreadsheet, Microsoft Word and e-mail extensively on a daily basis.
Must be detailed oriented and have strong organizational skills, as well as the ability to work multiple systems.
