Description
Established asset management firm is seeking to round out its team for a small-cap, boutique real estate opportunity fund.
The firm, established in 2008, is seeking fund raisers to assist its stage 1 PE fund reach the $150M mark. They are looking for individuals who have a track record of both fund raising and prefer experience in the real estate sector and are particularly interested in capital raisers from the following areas:
* Real Estate Private Equity Funds
* Real Estate Investment Banking Groups
* Hedge Funds investing in Real Estate
* Real Estate Developers
* RIA/ Wealth Managers / Family Offices
* Independent Broker/Dealers
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 2+ years successful experience in a similar role.
The firm offers a very attractive package, including strong commissions, equity and J/V potential.
