Call Center Quality Management Consultant (contract/Houston, TX) to $75/hour
Consulting organization has an immediate need in Houston, TX for a contract consultant to implement an overall quality program in the call center environment. The position will work to provide opportunities for process improvements in the entirety of the quality process. This will include the evaluation and selection of quality call monitoring software as well as customer satisfaction survey evaluation software. Qualified candidates will be experienced in both the quality assurance and customer satisfaction areas of Quality Management. The preferred candidate will also have 6+ years of solid customer service experience within a high volume call center environment. Some travel necessary outside of the Houston area. Duration of project estimated to be six months.
